SISTERS ync. is a women’s empowerment organization based in Boise, Idaho, reaching across the globe.
We are women promoting women; supporting, encouraging, walking together through the highs and lows of life. Our community creates a safe environment for women to thrive.
Through the years our organization has evolved and grown, to not only reach women themselves, but the significant people in their lives. We achieve this through our social media outlets, public and private sector seminars and social events, and gatherings every Sunday at our very own 3E Chapel.
Our joy comes from watching lives changed, healed and restored as barriers are removed and the wonderful restoration to our original God given identity is embraced.
Tracey Auer – Founder and President
It’s my privilege to remind each of you as often as I can that you are loved, valued and relevant to this generation.
I believe in “no coincidences.” Each woman has a God given purpose upon earth. The focus of this purpose may change with the seasons of her life, each one being a part of the legacy she will leave behind.
Some of the greatest joys of my journey have been to teach, lead, mentor, mother, coach and minister. As a young girl, I was drawn to the performing arts, where I learned to sing, act and dance. I continued this into adulthood where I worked with multiple theater and entertainment companies.
I now focus my energy, with the wonderful team at SISTERS ync., on life coaching and leadership wellness, and as Pastor of 3E Chapel.
I am a mother of six amazing children and share my life along side of my wonderful husband.
I am excited to share my life’s journeys with you.
Shawn Tegethoff – Specialty Services Director
I am Shawn. I am the mother of three, wife of one, and principal of many! I grew up in Portland, Oregon and went to college in Nampa, Idaho. I eventually got my masters in curriculum and instruction as well as an endorsement in school administration from Northwest Nazarene University. I wear lots of hats during the day and always try to minimize my busy schedule. Currently, I am the Specialty Services Director for SISTERS ync.
In my spare time, I hang out with my incredibly handsome husband at coffee shops, I garden, bake, and play music with the kids. Our dog Darby keeps us entertained in the backyard. And, Draco, our bearded dragon, has warmed his spiky way into our hearts.
I look forward to serving you and our community in the coming days.
Anne Reeve – Financial Director
I was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa and moved to Boise in 1989. I have a charming son, Tim, who helps with audio etc. at SISTERS ync. events and is therefore one of our MISTERS. He also works with me in our business which manufactures sporting and utility knives that are marketed worldwide. The company occupies a large portion of my time and energy but I am honored to bring expertise from that world into SISTERS to take care of bookkeeping, administration, registration at events, and anywhere else I can, working alongside the amazing ladies of the Leadership Team.
Gretchen Nelson – Event Coordinator
As the Event Coordinator for SISTERS ync., I have been involved with this group of great people since its inception. I’ve worn several different hats in years past, and currently oversee that our events run smoothly and that our team and attendees have everything that they need.
Outside of SISTERS ync., I co-own and operate a lawn care company, as well as a housekeeping business. I have 2 active teenage sons, both of which play baseball, so I basically live at the ball park during the spring and summer (which I love!)
I look forward to seeing you at our Spring and Fall seminars, as well as our Girls’ Nights Out and Bible studies. We are a group of every-age Sisters, on all different legs of our life journeys. We enjoy sharing time and support and fun.
Carol Ogren – Communications Manager
Blessed wife, mother, grandmother, and SISTER! Living most Christ-like life I am humanly capable of. Surrounded by beautiful family and friends.
I started serving with SISTERS ync. when needed using my creative gifts to design an occasional flyer for an event. In March of 2013 I came on the leadership team as their Communications Manager. My primary responsibility is doing all things social media and promo oriented.
My husband and I recently relocated to Oregon in early 2017, but I continue to serve as Communications Manager from afar.
I have been married to my best friend, Russ, since 1984. We have so much fun together and laugh all the time. We currently live in the beautiful little coastal town of Port Orford, Oregon and are serving in full-time ministry at First Community Church where my husband is pastor.
Our family includes our two drop-dead gorgeous daughters and their husbands and four of the most adorable grandkiddos EVER!
